How we use it
We use your information to compare lenders, prepare and submit applications on your behalf, and keep you updated. We only share it with lenders and parties necessary to provide our service, with your consent.
Website analytics and cookies
Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies to tell us how the site is used: which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, approximate location (city level), and how you arrived (for example from Google search, Google Maps or an advertisement). When you tap our WhatsApp, phone or email button, we record which page and which button it was. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or financial details to Google Analytics.
We may also use Google Ads tags to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
If you start a WhatsApp chat after arriving from Google Maps or one of our ads, the opening message may include a short note such as "(via Google Maps)" so we know where you found us. You can delete it before sending. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control personalised ads at My Ad Center.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our administrative, technology and processing functions are carried out by trusted service providers located outside Australia. As a result, your personal information may be disclosed to, stored by, or accessed from recipients located in India (Mumbai). Before disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
